Diverging & Converging for Successful Innovation in Higher Education

Updated: May 28

Employers seek individuals with problem solving, collaboration and communication skills, commercial awareness and resilience. However, gaps continue to exist between the knowledge students acquire in higher education, and the skills they need to succeed in an ever-changing workplace. Many universities seek to strengthen students’ employability skills using team-based activities and projects, but engaging in teamwork is a challenge for many students.
